TAFE International Western Australia (TIWA) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) provider, for the delivery of training to international students, enrolled in a TAFE course in Western Australia. This nationally recognised course is delivered by a Western Australian TAFE college on TIWA's behalf. TIWA retains responsibility for the quality of the training and assessment delivered by the TAFE colleges and for the issue of certification documentation to students.

Gain an understanding of popular tourist destinations and the operations of a travel company, using the latest travel software programs. During your studies you will learn strong business skills to become a business leader, to incorporate marketing functions, to monitor staffing, to work within travel and tourism law requirements, assess risks and monitor finance and budgets.
In this course you will participate in tourism industry site visits and events, networking events and guest speaker events with the opportunity to network with industry personnel.
On completion of studies you will have strong communication and customer service skills to engage positively with clients to make a lasting impression that will make them want to return and become regular customers.

Admission requirements
An IELTS score (Academic) of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.5 or equivalent.
Equivalent to Australian Year 12.
OR Completion of SIT30116 Certificate III in Tourism OR SIT30216 Certificate III in Travel is required for entry into this course.
