TAFE International Western Australia (TIWA) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) provider, for the delivery of training to international students, enrolled in a TAFE course in Western Australia. This nationally recognised course is delivered by a Western Australian TAFE college on TIWA's behalf. TIWA retains responsibility for the quality of the training and assessment delivered by the TAFE colleges and for the issue of certification documentation to students.

If you want to create and explore new worlds with an animation and game art qualification, then this Diploma will help you achieve your career outcomes by giving you the skills to produce professional animation and game art using industry standard software.
This course is 100% practical and during your studies you will develop creative abilities in 3D modelling and texturing, concept art and storyboarding, 2D and 3D animation, film editing, and visual effects using the latest equipment and software such as Autodesk Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, Unity and Adobe Photoshop, Premiere pro and After Effects.
When you complete your studies, you can work in a number of entertainment related industries including advertising, architecture, and visualisation and content creation for virtual and augmented reality. You can further your studies by enrolling for a further year in either the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (Game Art and Design) or the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media (Digital Art and Animation).
