TAFE International Western Australia (TIWA) is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) provider, for the delivery of training to international students, enrolled in a TAFE course in Western Australia. This nationally recognised course is delivered by a Western Australian TAFE college on TIWA's behalf. TIWA retains responsibility for the quality of the training and assessment delivered by the TAFE colleges and for the issue of certification documentation to students.

Advance your building and construction management career with this qualification. Learn the skills and knowledge to work in building management, production teams and the operations workforce to manage constructions from a small building business through to medium rise constructions.
During this course you will gain skills and knowledge of building codes and standards, structural principles, medium size building project management and supervise construction planning processes. In addition you will study legal obligations and contracts, monitor costing systems and develop policies and procedures.
This course structure is based on Australian building codes and regulations. International students should consider if these regulations are applicable in your own country.
