About this course

Utilise your creative and artistic skills for a successful career in the beauty industry with this qualification. Learn the full range of face and body treatments including facials, make-up, body massage, waxing, lash and brow treatments, aromatherapy, spray tan, and skills in retail and sales operations. In addition you will also learn about reflexology, Indian head massage and hot stone massage.

Training is conducted by industry specialists in the latest dermal cosmeceutical skin care including how to perform microdermabrasion and specialised skin peels. You will have the opportunity to investigate new developments and learn safety protocols for intense pulsed light and laser hair-reduction treatments. This course also gives you the theory based knowledge of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and laser hair reduction treatments and when you graduate, you will receive the Laser Safety Officers Certificate required to perform IPL and laser treatments in a salon or clinic.

On completion of this course you will have the skills to start up your own business and to work in the beauty industry.

Tuition fees

Resource fees

Resource fees are for consumables used by a student in the course of their study e.g. paint, internet use etc. This fee is paid to your college at enrolment.

If your course goes for two semesters or more, the resource fee may not need to be paid in one amount but may be spaced out over the duration of your courses. Your college will advise you of the payment amount each semester.

Material fees

​The Materials fee includes any item that remains the property of a student after the course has been completed e.g. personal protective equipment, tools, text books etc... This fee is paid to your college at enrolment.
