Practical lessons and work placement at Perth’s top hotels were helpful in applying theory learnt in class into real life. Learning with students from different parts of the world certainly enriched my knowledge and allowed me to appreciate other cultures.
From training at Polytechnic West (now known as South Metropolitan TAFE) to working on the biggest mining project in Australia, I certainly look forward to new opportunities in the future.
