Perth is quieter and less crowded than my hometown in Vietnam. The air is cleaner, people follow rules more strictly, and life feels more relaxed. The environment and lifestyle are very different from what I am used to.

How do you feel about your classes and teachers?

I enjoy my classes because they are hands-on and relevant to graphic design. The teachers are friendly, patient, and are always willing to help when I have questions. The best thing about my course is the hands-on learning. I can practice real design skills and use industry software, which helps me improve quickly.

What do you think about the campus facilities?

Overall, I am happy with the campus facilities. They are clean, accessible, and suitable for graphic design students.

What do you do in your free time or on weekends?

My favourite places to hang out are cafés and parks around Perth, especially places where I can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

What is your favourite place to eat and what do you order?

My favourite place to eat is a Vietnamese or Asian restaurant. I usually order pho or rice dishes because they remind me of home.

Have you learned any Australian slang or expressions?

Yes, I have learned some Australian slang, such as “no worries,” “arvo,” and “mate.” I find them interesting and fun to use.

What are your career goals after TAFE?

After TAFE, my goal is to work as a graphic designer and gain industry experience in Australia. I would like to improve my skills, build a strong portfolio, and work on creative projects.

Any exciting plans or opportunities ahead?

I am excited to continue developing my design skills, work on real projects, and explore future job or internship opportunities in the creative industry.
